An Ordinance Amending Town Code 2-4-1, Relating to the time of the Monthly Regular Town Council Meeting.
Section No. 1:
Section 2-4-1 Regular Meetings
All regular meetings of the Town Council shall be held on the third Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m., at the Town Hall building located at 912-C Tilbury Road, Kearny, Arizona. The Mayor may designate an alternative location for Council Meetings. The passage of this ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the peace, health and safety of the Town of Kearny and an emergency is declared to exist and this Ordinance is effective immediately upon passage by the Kearny Town Council.
